Shock and Awe Studios is a recording, rehearsal and preproduction studio in north London.

Some of the best new and vintage mics, mic preamps and other outboard as well as a fully loaded ProTools HD Accel system with 16 channel I/O at up to 24bit/192kHz and Logic Pro 9 make it the perfect place for vocal production, drum recording and other recording and preproduction.

Apart from the usual recording and mixing services, we also have in-house session players, producers and string arrangers as well as equipment hire (with a variety of Guitar and Bass Amplifiers and Vintage Drum Kits) to supply you with a complete production package, tailored to your specific needs.

Shock and Awe studios was originaly set up as the home base for the band Tom Mansi & The Icebreakers, so they could rehearse and record their music the way they wanted. As the studio grew however, it was decided to make it available as a commercial facility, to supply high quality recording services and rehearsals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to bands in north London.

Despite the name, we don't have any affiliation to or sympathy for a certain Mr Rumsfeld . . .
